O is the centre of the circle in the given figure find the radius of the circle ​

Given :-

  • Base of the triangle = 10 cm

  • perpendicular of the triangle = 24 cm

To Find :-

  • Radius of the circle

Solution :-

By using Pythagoras theorem :

→ H² = B² + P²

→ H² = ( 10 )² + ( 24 )²

→ H² = 100 + 576

→ H² = 676

→ H = √676

→ H = 26

In above fig. Radius is half of the hypotenuse. therefore

Radius of the circle = 13 cm
