area \: of \: circle \: is \: \pi {r}^{2} = (22 \div 7) \times {28}^{2}
area of circle is 2464 Sq cm
area of segment =
(angle \div 360) \times area \: of \: circle
= (45 \div 360) \times 2464 = 2464 \div 8
= 308 \: sq \: cm
Therefore area of segment is 308 Sq cm
