angle BAD=1/2(angle BOD) (angle at the center is twice the angle at the remaining circumference)
angle BAD=70
in triangle BOD,
OB=OD
<ODB=<OBD=180-140/2=20
<DBP=<DCP=20. (angle on same segment are equal )
