p-dichlorobenzene has highest melting point due to its symmetry and structure which is followed by ortho and then meta.
Simply Para > Ortho > Meta
And the interesting thing is melting point is directly proportional to symmetry of compound. Therefore symmetry of compound goes in same manner as melting point.
