O3 or ozone decomposes to O2 and O.
This O (nascent Oxygen) is highly reactive in nature and therefore it combines with nearby substances instantaneously (Valency -2).
So, this nascent oxygen can never be seen in nature as it generally combines with Hydrogen or Nitrogen.
