Hi there !
Here comes my Views ,Ideas and suggestions on the topic, please feel free to reuse it any way you want, but I would like to suggest try writing it yourself, Choose some of the points and base your article on them. It's always a great feeling when you finish a tough piece of writing by yourself !
So, Here it goes :)

"Eat Healthy to Stay Healthy"
-----------------------------------------------------
We all are aware of this fact that food is needed for existence but now it has become the passion of the masses and this was the only enterprise which continued giving gains even at the time of recession. Thronging of people outside food outlets has often drawn my attention towards change in eating habit from survival to compulsive eating disorder...is showing its side effects.
Indians are notorious for their bad eating habits and we hardly believe in going for “work-out”. Even our simple diet is enriched with loads of oils and spices. All these things are having an adverse effect on our body and thus “life-style diseases”are burdening our economy. Technology has made our life very comfortable but we are becoming sedentary. Until and unless there is an urgent need we don't get up our seat. Even young children are giving preference to indoor games and their maximum time is spent in sitting in front of computer and television.
The main drawback of Indian food is that it is rich in carbohydrates that we get from rice, pulses, potatoes, sweets and bakery products. Our habit of relying on soft drinks for quenching our thirst is also increasing the intake of carbohydrates. Even our vegetarian diet’s not suitable for healthy living as we are eating high glycemic carbohydrates like potatoes, fried food and used oil. Trans fat or “poor fat” is accumulated in our body by the intake of snacks, fast foods, biscuits and oil. Our traditional snacks like “samosa”, “namkeen” or “pakodas”... all are sources of high calories and they don't contain minerals, vitamins and anti oxidants in them. All such habits have damaged our metabolism.
If India has to become a world power , we need to be healthy and for being healthy, we have to make certain improvements in our eating healthy food and leading a healthy life-style. We should avoid sitting idle for hours and youngsters should take a break from the virtual world of video games, social media and get involved in physical activities. Leading an active life will let our metabolism function optimally.
So, if we are successful in maintaining a balance between “balanced diet” and “healthy life -style...” We are sure to become a healthy nation. I will conclude with the words of John Ruskin – “ Cultivate health instead of treating disease ”.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That's all, I hope it will help you to frame your own one !
Good luck !
Cheers :)
