                                                                          =50m

for the next 10 seconds the distance travelled=5*10

                                                                            =50m

average speed of body is equal to the ratio of total distance travelled to the total time taken

So,average speed=(50+50)/(5+10)

                              =100/15

                              =6.67m/s
