The aims and objectives of the present work designed were as follows:
1. To evaluate and monitor shelf life of the commercially available liquid
biofertilizer products.
2. To study cultural and molecular microbial diversity and to isolate the
organisms from commercially available liquid biofertilizer and their
characterization as plant growth promoter.
3. To analyze the activity of commercially available liquid biofertilizers in green
house and also at field stage with chickpea and wheat crops.
4. To isolate and characterize soil micro flora with plant growth promoting
ability.
5. Preparation of new liquid biofertilizer formulations using isolated soil
organism, their shelf life study and to investigate about their efficiency on
field with chickpea and wheat crops.
