Answer:

answer is 35

Step-by-step explain

let digits be x and y

there for,the no. is 10x+y

now,

(10x+y)-4(x+y)=3........(1)

and

(10x+y)+18=10y+x.......(2)

solving (1)

10x+y-4x-4y=3

=6x-3y=3......(div. by 3)

=2x-y=1......(3)

solving (2)

10x+y-10y-x=18

=9y9x=18.....(div. by 9)

y-x=2

add( 3) eq AND (4)

2X-Y+Y-X=1+2

X=3

THUS, Y=X+2

=Y=5

~ ANSWER= 35
