Potato, groundnut and yam are found in underground. The fruits are inside the ground, only the shoot part is above the ground. Their fruit have a large amount of starch in it.  

EXPLANATION:

The shoot is above the ground, it helps in the preparation of food through photosynthesis. The glucose formed is stored in the root which further develops fruit in it. They all have adventitious root. The adaption of adventitious root helps the plant to survive even though the upper part dies. The root absorbs water and nutrients from the soil and also stores the glucose. It became swollen and hence becomes fruit.
