Let us assume that the animal living in land is Cow. A Cow digests its food with four stomachs. A cow chews with caution and the chewed substance goes through first two stomachs, the rumen and the reticulum.

Further, we are assuming that the animal living in water is Dolphin. It has the Esophagus from where the food makes a journey to the spherical stomach and becomes smeared with digestive juices and acids. Thereafter, it goes to the Pyloric stomach where Bile ducts help digest the food.
