Answer:

60'

Step-by-step explanation:

AFB=afe+bfe

180'=120+bfe

bfe=180'-120'

bfe=60'

bfe=afg{vertically opposite angles}

bfe=afg=60'

afg=fgd{alternate interior angles}

afg=fgd=60'

fgd=60'

Given :  Parallel lines and a transversal line

∠AFE   = 120°

To Find : ∠DGF

Solution:

∠BFG = ∠AFE  ( Vertically opposite angles)

∠AFE   = 120°

=> ∠BFG = 120°

∠BFG + ∠DGF = 180°   (Interior angles are supplementary)

=> 120°+ ∠DGF = 180°

=> ∠DGF  = 60°

∠DGF  = 60°

Properties of angles formed by transversal line  with two parallel lines :

• Corresponding angles are congruent.

• Alternate angles are congruent.  ( Interiors & Exterior  both )

• Interior angles are supplementary. ( adds up to 180°)
