a)The cell A is an animal cell .the cell is swelled up.

The cell B is a plant cell .it shrinked.

b)The Cell A is in hypertonic solution.

The cell B is in hypotonic solution.

c)The cell A underwent endoosmosis

Cell B underwent exoosmosis.

a) Cell A is an animal cell, it has swollen up.

   Cell B is a plant cell, it has shrunk.

b) Cell A is in a hypotonic solution.

   Cell B is in a hypertonic solution.

c) In cell A endosmosis took place. It is the movement of the water inside the cells when the cell is placed in a hypotonic solution. This movement of water causes the cell to swell.

  In cell B exosmosis took place. It is the movement of water outside the cells when a cell is placed in a hypertonic solution. The cell becomes flaccid by the movement of water outside.
