In lungs oxyhaemoglobin formation occurs. the favourable factors for formation of oxyhaemoglobin is high partial pressure of O2 , High pH. and haemoglobin has a capacity to combine with 4 oxygen molecules as it has 4 protein chains 2 alpha and 2 beta and oxygen combine with Fe+2 part of haemoglobin

The second equation occurs at tissues it is oxyhaemoglobin dissociation which occurs due to low partial pressure of oxygen High temperature and low pH.
