First of all let's get understand these terms-

Hb , Haemoglobin = Haem + globin

• Heme , is iron containing part
• globin is Protein part

Haemoglobin is a iron containing transport protein , which carry gases in human body , specially oxygen.

Now , coming back to question -

(i) Hb + O₂ ➝ HbO₂

• Here Haemoglobin combine with oxygen.
• This is called oxygenation of Haemoglobin
• This occur at lung alveoli .

(ii) HbO₂ ➝ Hb + O₂

• Here , oxygen is being removed from HbO₂
• This is called deoxygenation of haemoglobin
• This take place at tissue level , where oxygen is supplied to tissue by blood
