if the current in the coil A changes current is induced in the coil B which is the neighbouring coil according to mutual induction .

Because of Electromagnetic Induction.

When the current change in 'A' then the magnetic field linked of the coil change as well.

Hence, the overall magnetic field around the coil 'B' also change.
