observe the microorganisms present in the drop of water, under the
roscope.
Beaker, Glass slide, cover slip, dropper, compound microscope.
Collect a sample of water from puddle /river/sea in a beaker. Note down the
late and place of collection on the label pasted on this beaker. With the help
of a dropper, take few drops of the water from the beaker and place them
on the glass slide. Cover it by cover slip and clean the slide with blotting
paper. Observe under the low power objective of a compound microscope.

we will find many microorganisms in water but in lime water there will be less microorganisms because salt protect things from microorganisms
