the halogens increase with the increase in their reactivity and scientific name and atomic mass

Sck: pls give in brief
happyme1: ok I will
happyme1: Halogens are nonmetals in group 17 (or VII) of the periodic table. Down the group, atom size increases. As a diatomic molecule, fluorine has the weakest bond due to repulsion between electrons of the small atoms.. the main reason is because of their reactivity. hope this was helpful
Sck: yes
Sck: thank u so much
