My father with his everyday rituals
My father is a banker by profession and I have seen him maintain same routine every day. He wakes up 5.30 in the morning and does some yoga. I always wake up after him. He always insists to do yoga with him but I never did. After his yoga he goes for his bath.
Meanwhile my mother wakes up and starts preparing breakfast and lunch to take by my father. After having the bath my father helps my mother with setting up the table for breakfast and making the tea. He also packs his own food. We all have our breakfast together.
After that my father drops me to the school and goes to office. He comes from office at 6 PM and has his tea. Sometimes we play some games together in the evening or go to the library together. He is the person who just can’t seat without having anything to do. Whenever he gets chance he helps my mother with household chores.
He takes his dinner at 9 and goes to bed at 10 PM every day, no matter what. This is pretty much every day routine apart from Sundays.
