2. Self awareness- It is important to have an objective viewpoint about oneself and to be aware of themselves before expecting others to know them. This way an individuals knows their strengths and weaknesses appropriately.

eg.'I know I am short tempered and lost my cool necessarily. I apologise for the same'

3. Stress management- Stress is an inevitable part of our lives and we should take it in a positive manner rather than seeing it as a burden. It is important to overcome and manage stress when situation demands.

eg. 'I have to make three dishes in an hour for the guests so I did the preparation last night to save time'

4. Responsibility- It is essential to have responsibility and work on it in order to gain a sense of autonomy and responsibility.

eg. 'I have to go to office early tomorrow so I made tiffin last night only'

5. Productivity- As human beings it is important to be productive and contribute for the betterment hence being productive is essential.

eg. 'I am feeling lazy but I will still complete all the chores today'
