let the roots be m and 2m
so m+2m=(-b/a)
3m=-b/a
and., m*2m=(c/a)
2m*(-b/3a)=c/a
m=(-3c/2b)
so m+2m=(-b/a)
3m=-b/a
and., m*2m=(c/a)
2m*(-b/3a)=c/a
m=(-3c/2b)
