x^4 + 4 x ³ - 4 x² - 32 x - 32 ÷ x² - 8 = x² +4x + 4 = (x+2)²

other roots are -2 , -2

REMARK :

I changed the value of the last term of the polynomial equation

from 30 to 32

so as to fit the requirements.
