p(x)=3x^4+6x^3-2x^2-10x-5
it is a 4th degree polynomial. therefore it has 4 zeroes. two zeroes are given
finding the factors
x=-1
x+1=0
x=-1
x+1=0
therefore (x+1)(x+1)=x^2+2x+1 is a factor
now divide p(x) by this factor
division is shown in  the attachment
when u divide u will get a quotient which is another factor of p(x)
here the quotient is 3x^2-5
by factorising it
u get (
√3x+√5)(√3x-√5)
finding the zeroes
√3x+√5=0⇒x=-√5/3
√3x-√5=0⇒x=√5/3
therefore the zeroes are -1,-1,√5/3,√-5/3
hope this was helpful
