zeroes=3 and -3

so

factor =x-3 & x+3

(x-3)(x+3)is also factor of p(x)

x²-9 is also factor of p(x)

(x4+x3-11x²-9x+18)/(x²-9)

x²+x-2

for zeroes of p(x)

x²+x-2=0

x²+2x-x-2=0

x(x+2)-(x+2)=0

(x+2)(x-1)=0

either

x+2=0

x=-2

or

x-1=0

x=1

Zeroes are -2 and 1
