Newton's First Law states that " every object which is at rest or uniform motion continues to be in state of res or uniform motion unless compelled to change its state by action of net force."

Example:
A space craft far from any source of gravity would need no thrust to keep it moving at a constant speed in a given direction.Once set in motion, it continues to move forever without propulsion since there is no friction in space.

The motion of ball falling down through the atmosphere.

Newton first law of motion = an object will continue to remain in its state of rest or in a uniform motion along the straight line or path unless an external force acts on it.

common examples - a person standing in a moving us falls forward if the driver applies brakes suddenly.

the carpet is beaten with a stick to remove the dust particles.

Newton second law of motion = The rate of change of momentum of a body is directly proportional to the applied force and takes place in the direction in which the force acts.

force  ∝  change in momentum/time taken

example - A CRICKET PLAYER MOVES HIS HANDS BACKWARD WHILE CATCHING A CRICKET BALL.

Newton third law of motion- action is equal and opposite reaction
example- 1. collision of two persons
                 2. recoil of gun
                 3. rocket propulsion
