One thing we should not forget is newton’s laws are the naturally occuring observation based laws that are obeyed by all parts of universe so far. (It was known that there are some exceptions too). So we don’t build gadgets according to newton’s laws. The built ones obey newton’s laws. For ex. Rocket is not made using newton’s law, its one objective to fly in the space is getting filled by obeying the newton’s law.a person shooting gun experiences some force backwards as a reaction of the force on bulley forwards. So gadgets obey newton’s laws but are not made by newton’s laws(one can use newton’s law in the preparatory teqniques though)
