In all electrical circuits passive elements are important component. for example in inductors and resistors.
if we want to obtain V/I relationship for passive elements we have to go through Ohm's law.( here resistance(R) will be the passive element that opposes flow of current).
R = V/I there V represents the voltage and I respresents current flowing.
Also, the inductance ( L) will be the passive element used for purpose of storage in electrical magnetic field.
