Occam razor is one of the best examples of inductive bias. Occam razor consists of hypothesis about the target function. It comes into the category of logical formulas containing lots of training data. Occam razor also consisted of hypothesis statements which are created by the learner and is actually the best methods to derive results.

This is an ambiguous question as preference bias is a type of inductive bias. So Occam's razor is inductive as well as preference bias. More specifically it is preference bias.
