It occurred only in plant tissue and it has two parts called arenchyma and chlorenchyma.

parenchyma is of three types chlorenchyma aerenchyma and storage parenchyma
chlorenchyma is found in chlorophyll conatning
aerenchyma is found where there is need of air to giv byouncy
and storage parenchyma is used to store substance
