During October/November with the apparent of the Sun towards the South, the monsoon through or the low pressure through over the Northern plains becomes weaker. The retreat of monsoon is marked by clear skies and rise in the temperature while day temperatures are high, nights are cool and pleasant the land is still moist and the weather becomes rather oppresive during the day.
