Answer:

1) convex lenses are used to for far sightedness eyes to see more clearly

2) it used as a rear veiw mirror because it gives a large image in a small mirror

3)you see the left side as right side and right side as left

   both image and object are of the same size

   distance between image and mirror is same as the object and mirror

   they form virtual and erect images

5) when a ray passes through the focus, the image forms at infinity

   when a ray passes parallel to the principal axis it goes through focus
