The answer is CCl4.

1) The reason is because CCl4 is a covalent compound  and all the other given salts i.e. NaCl, CuCl2 and CaCl2 are Ionic compounds formed by Na+, Cu2+ and Ca2+ ions respectively and their exchange of electrons with Cl- ions.

2) While in CCl4, the main bonding force is the sharing of electrons between C and the Cl atoms.

3) Also, CCl4 can dissolve in only other covalent compound such as Benzene while other salts can dissolve in only other Ionic Compounds such as Water and Hydrochloric acid.
