The odd one is TIGER.

no they can't be plants r the universal food providers .they produce food for all organisms. grasshoper dependes on plants , it is eaten by frog. frog is eaten by snake. tiger is a carnivore
in options they are the only ones those do not show locomotion....
u r answer is also correct . but in the aspect of food chain we have choose tiger
