given:- 2/3 and 5/9

here is concept that shows which number or ratio is greater..

by checking greater denominator in the ratio...

if denominator is greater the the value is small than other ratio..

hence ,

2/3 > 5/9 or 2/3 greater than 5/9

calculation:-

=> 2/3 = 0.6666......

=> 5/9 = 0.5555......

hence, 2/3 > 5/9 or 2/3 greater than 5/9 by 0.11111.....
