so if a right triangle has perpendicular 3cm and base 4cm then by pythgoras law,

(hypteneous)²= (base)² + perpendicular²

hypotenuse=5² = 5

so,

1) sin0 = perpendicular/hypotenuse

2) cot²0 - cosec²0 = cos²0/sin²0 - 1/sin²0
