Let the total salary be x

% of money spent on education=5%

Therefore,

Total salary=5% of x =325

=5/100 * x =325

= x = 325 *100/5

= x = 6500

His salary is 6500

Step-by-step explanation:

Let us assume that,

The cost price is 100 rs,

15 % paid as rent,

Then, 100\times \frac{15}{100}

= 85

60 % spent on a living expenses and 20% is deposited in a bank,

Then,

5 % is left

5% = 325

100%  = \frac{325}{5}\times 100

100% = 6500 rs

His salary is 6500
