Dear Anubha

I hope you are all doing well. I am writing this letter to share with you my concerns about my increased screen time and am hoping that you will have some suggestions to give me to solve this problem. I am sure you are also going through the same situation and must have found a way out.

My classes begin at 9 and continue till 1. Then I take a break, have lunch, and then get down to doing my homework. Unfortunately, even while handling my assignments, I need to look at the screen time and again. When I want to take a break, I watch some TV or play some online games on the phone. That too adds to the screen time. As of now, this excessive screen time has not caused any health issues, but I am sure it will sooner or later. The best I can do is shift to playing the keyboard whenever I want to relax, but I doubt if that will be enough.  

Please get your resourceful mind to think of ways to address this problem. I am really counting on your advice.
