we know μ =  c/V

from that, we may say V= c/μ

so,

Vw-Vg = 2.5*10^7

c/μw - c/μg = 2.5*10^7 m/s

substituting,

C   [\frac{1}{1.3} -\frac{1}{1.5} ] =2.5*10^7

C [ 1.5-1.3]/1.5*1.3 = 2.5*10^7

solving,

we get

C= 3*10^8 m/s
