let the digits are X(one place) and y(second place)

now ...X+y=9

=>y=9-x

now the number is =10y+X

the reverse number is =10X+y

now ....

10x + y = 10y + x + 27 \\  =  > 9x = 9y + 27 \\  =  > x  - y = 3 \\  =  > x - 9 + x = 3 \\  =  > 2x = 12 \\  =  > x =  \frac{12}{2}  = 6 \:  \:  \\ and \\ y = 3

therefore the original number is =10(3)+6

=36
