In my opinion nationalism is not a thing which you compell on someone it should come from the bottom of one's heart and hopefully Supreme Court of India too realized the fact and had made some limitations to standing during national anthem played before movies in cinema theaters. Presently it totally depends on the theater owner wether to play national anthem or not. I know it's not the answer to your question but it's all that I know
