of the square in a rectangle are equal if the side of the square is 40 centimetre and the breadth of rectangle is 25cm then find length of rectangle

Hello friend.

The area of the square with side 40 cm would be 40 × 40 = 1600 cm2

Now... the area of the square and the rectangular are equal.

Therefore area of rectangle = length × breadth

Thus 1600 = 25 × length.

length.= 1600/ 25

length = 64 cm
