In spite of forgetting certain things (boots, toothbrush) to pack or getting confused (spectacles) about some
things, Jerome seems to be the best packer. He packs things the way they should be. He knows what to keep
first and what to keep last. He doesn‟t cause chaos all around.
It is difficult to select the worst packer from between Harris and George. Both seem to be trying to out do
the other in the race to reach the coveted prize of the worst packer! To begin with, they put lighter things at
the bottom and heavier things on top. Harris smashes a tomato while packing the bottle ofstrawberry jam
over it and then has to pick out the jam with a spoon. George treads on butter and then tries to scrape it off
his slipper and put it in the kettle. Failing at that, he puts it on a chair and then it gets stuck to Harris when
he sits on it Then,both of them start searching for it all over the room!
Both George and Harris are equally horrendous in packing.
Jerome is the best packer of all.
