of we have given the vertex of a quadrlateral then how could we say that if they. form a rhombus by using distance formula .....class 10

If there adjacent sides are equal


malaika2: all four sides of both rhombus and square are equal
malaika2: so it should have somthing different criterian

We know that all sides of a rhombus are equal. So if by distance formula all the sides come to be numerically equal. Then we can say that the quad is a rhombus.


Nitinmundhra: This criteria is sufficient for proving a rhombus but for a square we have to also show that the diagonals are equal
