Given:-

P(x)=+x-2

\rule{200}{1}

To Find:-

The Zeros of the Polynomial-- P(x)

\rule{200}{1}

Proof:-

•x²+x-2=0

S=1[Sum of Equation]

P=-2[Product of Equation]

2×-1=-2

2+(-1)=1

★Since we Have two Common factors we can factorize the equation by Spiliting the Middle Term★

→x²+2x-x-2=0

→x(x+2)-1(x+2)=0

→x-1=0

→x+2=0

\rule{200}{1}

•Taking,x-1=0

→x-1=0

→x=1

\rule{200}{1}

•Taking,x+2=0

→x+2=0

→x=-2

\rule{200}{1}

♦x=  \mathcal{\green{\underline{\blue{-2 \ and \ 1}}}}
