This letter is written to draft a complaint about the delivery in a wrong address. I ordered my furniture in a hurry by re-checking the address which was actually right, but I never expected a highly trusted store like yours to deliver the furniture in a wrong address. My neighbors checked the address on the label and sent me the furniture in anger. I felt shameful. When the delivery address on the package was right, how is it possible that the delivery man dropped it in a wrong place?

Hoping for a positive reply letter in which you should mention the reason for this incident. I don't want this to repeat again, or your company would be reported.
