Sir,

With due respect it is stated that I took admission in your college as a regular candidate in (subject name…) Part One. I submitted my admission forms in other institutions as well. Luckily I got admission in a Government College (othe college name…) on scholarship basis, where I do not have to pay any fee or funds. I am a poor student and cannot afford my fee.

I want to request you that kindly cancel my enrolment and refund my fee which I submitted to the college administration on (specific name…). I shall be highly grateful to you.
