in sexual reproduction, during the formation of gametes there is exchange of genetic material which leads to more variations and variations help in evolution.

Offsprings of asexual reproduction fo not undergo variation due to which they cannot survive in climatic change or any change in the environment. whereas sexually reproduced organism undergo variation which help them yo survive under any climatic change.
