often we observe that when someone is bullied or troubled in public , no one steps forward to help the person. Why do you think this happens? is this the right thing to do? what are your reviews?

Well it Happens Quite Often.
Even In my Class and the People just See all that Bullying thing Like Statues Probably Because they are aware of it and Simply don't care.Its Totally not a good Thing to do.
