oil is also important product as it is used in many industries for lubrication, cleaning, shining etc. It has benefits to humans also. There are many edible oils that a human or any animal can inherit.

These oils are like vegetable oil etc. These oils are required by humans for their proper functioning of body (organs), they lubricate veins where blood flows. They are the basis of metabolism. Higher consumption leads to decrease in metabolism but limited amount is required for proper metabolism.
