Oil contain unsaturated fatty acid thats why they cannot dissolve in water is this reason is okay for "WHY OIL DOESNOT DISSOLVE IN WATER?

u can add this....
for dissolution of one into other we have property -" like dissolves like" means polar solvent is dissolved in polar and as water is polar but oil is non polar so they dont dissolve
